Meet Casimiro, the Vice President of Luxembourg Bachata Family

An incredibly talented dancer, Casimiro has been dancing since childhood and has always been passionate about exploring diverse dance styles. When he discovered Bachata, it was love at first sight. Immediately drawn to the vision and spirit of the LBF project, he joined forces to help build a welcoming community driven by quality events, heartfelt connections, and joyful experiences.

Besides dancing, Casimiro is also a professional photographer who loves capturing genuine moments of happiness, whether at our indoor gatherings or outdoor events. His keen eye ensures every memorable moment is beautifully preserved.

As Kevin’s best friend, Casimiro often provides valuable advice and support, making him an essential pillar of the LBF community. His warmth, dedication, and creativity help make every event truly unforgettable.

Meet Kevin, the CEO and founder of Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF), and an international Bachata artist.

After the pandemic, Kevin began seriously taking Bachata classes and soon realized something important: while there were plenty of salsa nights in Luxembourg, nobody was organizing high-quality Bachata events like those found abroad. After unsuccessfully trying to convince existing organizers, Kevin decided to take action himself.

Speaking directly with the best dancers and passionate Bachata enthusiasts, he built what quickly became one of the most vibrant dance communities in Luxembourg: the Luxembourg Bachata Family. Driven by passion and teamwork, Kevin and his dedicated team created a welcoming community that dancers are proud to call home.

Since then, Kevin established an official non-profit (ASBL), organized numerous successful events, including social dance nights and festivals, and has now proudly launched the
LBF Dance School.

Meet Viktoria, one of the members of Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF).

Viktoria plays an essential role in the growth and identity of LBF Dance School. She is deeply involved in the evolution of our project and continuously helps shape the direction we take as a community. Beyond teaching, she actively supports the development of the school by bringing fresh ideas, a modern vision, and concepts that elevate the experience we offer to our students. Her perspective is not only innovative but also grounded in a strong understanding of what dancers truly need to progress with clarity and confidence.

Her presence has brought a new dynamic to LBF. Viktoria has a natural talent for identifying what can be improved, refined, or expanded, and she is never afraid to challenge existing habits to move the community forward. Many of the improvements in our structure, communication, and student experience come directly from her insights. This modern approach is highly appreciated by our students and contributes significantly to shaping the unique DNA of LBF.

What makes Viktoria stand out is her combination of discipline and creativity. She adapts quickly, brings structure where it is needed, and adds an artistic touch wherever it can make a difference. Her passion for Bachata goes beyond steps and technique. She cares deeply about the people she teaches, the atmosphere we create, and the long-term vision of LBF as a strong and positive community in Luxembourg.

Denis

Meet Denis, one of the founding members of Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF).

When Denis first started dancing, he was the very first to bring dancers together in Luxembourg to practice, connect, and grow together. From the beginning, his goal was clear: to unite dancers and create opportunities for personal growth.

Deeply committed to the social aspect of dance, Denis continuously strives to build bridges among various dance organizers in Luxembourg. His dedication to fostering community spirit has earned him widespread appreciation among both dancers and colleagues.

Alongside his wife, Andreea, Denis also shares his passion as an instructor, enriching our community with his talent and warmth. Beyond teaching, he actively supports LBF through administrative tasks and was the very first to create a dedicated WhatsApp group to keep the community connected.

It was Denis who initially shared the concept of building a strong Bachata community with Kevin. Recognizing the potential, Kevin embraced Denis's vision, ultimately leading to the creation of the Luxembourg Bachata Family.

We are proud and fortunate to have Denis on our team. His open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and constant pursuit of excellence make him an essential and beloved pillar of LBF.

Tania

Meet Tania, a well known and essential member of the Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF) team.

If you've attended our events, you’ve likely encountered Tania’s welcoming smile at the front desk, managing guest arrivals and admissions. Her radiant personality and genuine warmth instantly make everyone feel at ease, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere for our community.

Highly professional and attentive, Tania’s work is greatly appreciated by our guests. With extensive experience gained through her involvement in various non profit associations (ASBLs), she coordinates volunteers with remarkable efficiency, especially during our annual festival, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Beyond her role with LBF, Tania generously offers her expertise and support to other event organizers throughout Luxembourg. Her ability to handle responsibilities with consistency and professionalism is something we deeply value.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Tania on our team not only for her exceptional organizational skills, but also for the positivity, joy, and warmth she brings to our community every single day.
