Each member of the LBF Team brings energy, creativity, and passion — whether through teaching, supporting events, or simply spreading the positive spirit that defines our dance family.
They are more than a team — they are the certified instructors, organizers, and community builders who believe in connection, growth, and creating unforgettable moments on and off the dance floor.
Together, they make LBF Dance School more than a place to learn Bachata — they make it Luxembourg’s most welcoming Bachata community.
Kevin
Meet Kevin, Founder and CEO of Luxembourg Bachata Family
Kevin is the Founder and CEO of Luxembourg Bachata Family and the driving force behind the creation and development of the entire LBF project.
After the pandemic, he became deeply involved in Bachata and quickly identified a gap in Luxembourg: the local scene lacked high-quality Bachata events and a strong community dedicated to the dance.
Rather than waiting for others to take action, Kevin decided to build the project himself. He brought together talented dancers and passionate Bachata enthusiasts to create a community based on quality, connection, and shared growth.
From the original concept to the creation of the official LBF non-profit organisation, social events, festivals, and LBF Dance School, Kevin has led every stage of the project’s development.
Together with his partner, Viktoria, Kevin is an international Bachata artist and teacher. They travel around the world to perform, teach, train, learn from leading Bachata artists, and draw inspiration from different dance communities. They bring this international experience back to Luxembourg to improve their teaching, develop LBF Dance School, and help the local Bachata community continue to grow.
Today, Kevin continues to shape the vision, strategy, and future of LBF, with the ambition of building a professional, sustainable, and inspiring Bachata community in Luxembourg.

Meet Viktoria, Co-Founder of LBF Dance School
Viktoria is the Co-Founder of LBF Dance School and one of the key pillars behind its growth, identity, and smooth daily operation.
Her role goes far beyond teaching. She is deeply involved in the development of the school, helping shape its direction, improve its structure, and create a better experience for every student. Her fresh ideas, modern vision, and attention to detail have influenced many aspects of LBF, from our teaching methods and communication to the overall student journey.
Viktoria combines discipline, precision, and creativity. She has a natural ability to identify what can be improved and is never afraid to challenge existing habits in order to move the school forward. Her understanding of what dancers need allows her to create a clear, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
Her passion for Bachata is also reflected in the care she brings to the community, the atmosphere of the classes, and the long-term vision of LBF.
Viktoria is an essential part of the success and proper functioning of LBF Dance School. Her energy, commitment, and forward-thinking mindset make her a driving force behind the present and future of our school.bourg.
Denis
Meet Denis, a member of Luxembourg Bachata Family.
Denis was one of the first people to bring dancers together in Luxembourg to practise, connect, and share their passion for dance.
This idea of creating a stronger connection between dancers inspired Kevin to develop Luxembourg Bachata Family and bring together some of the best Bachata dancers in Luxembourg under one community.
Denis remains a valued member of LBF and continues to support the spirit of connection and community behind the project.
Meet Casimiro, one of the members of Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF).
Casimiro has been dancing since childhood and has explored many different dance styles over the years. Today, he is a skilled and passionate Bachata dancer who enjoys sharing his energy on the dance floor.
He is also the official photographer of Luxembourg Bachata Family, capturing the atmosphere, emotions, and best moments of our events through his professional lens.
Through his dancing and photography, Casimiro brings a creative and positive presence to the LBF community.

Meet Tania, one of the members of Luxembourg Bachata Family (LBF).
If you've attended our events, you’ve likely encountered Tania’s welcoming smile at the front desk, managing guest arrivals and admissions. Her radiant personality and genuine warmth instantly make everyone feel at ease, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere for our community.
Highly professional and attentive, Tania’s work is greatly appreciated by our guests. With extensive experience gained through her involvement in various non profit associations (ASBLs), she coordinates volunteers with remarkable efficiency, especially during our annual festival, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Beyond her role with LBF, Tania generously offers her expertise and support to other event organizers throughout Luxembourg. Her ability to handle responsibilities with consistency and professionalism is something we deeply value.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have Tania on our team not only for her exceptional organizational skills, but also for the positivity, joy, and warmth she brings to our community every single day.
